Subscriptions
This mailing list sends out an email each day containing that day's meditation. This is a service provided by NA World Services in response to numerous fellowship requests. To view the current meditation, go to To view the list FAQ and privacy policy, please go to
To subscribe: Enter your email address and click on the "Subscribe" button in the form below. If the next page has a blue background, it means we have received your request. Close that webpage and check your mailbox for the confirmation email. Once you click on the link inside that email, you will be taken to the final confirmation page.
If you subscribe before 12 midnight Eastern time, you will start receiving your daily meditations when the next mailing goes out at 12 am Eastern time.
To unsubscribe: Enter your email address and click on the "Unsubscribe" button in the form below. On the next page you will be asked to confirm that you wish to be removed from the mailing list. Once you click yes on that page, you will be sent a final confirmation via email.
